New and current patients can use the button below to schedule visits at your convenience or contact our office at 716-325-0427. All patients must have a valid credit card on file to reserve an appointment. New patients are required to pay in advance for an initial evaluation, and all sales are final. If you need to cancel an appointment more than 24hrs in advance, your payment can be applied as a balance for future treatment. Please see our cancelation policy below.
Cancellation and Late Policy
We understand life happens and you may have to miss a scheduled appointment. However, as a small business we are not able to fill short notice cancellations. Full payment is required for all canceled appointments within 24 business-hours (i.e. 9-5 M-F). We value the time of our patients as well as our staff. Please cancel/reschedule within reasonable time to avoid the cancelation fee.

In order to provide exceptional care, we ask that all patients please arrive on time for your appointment. We need the full appointment time to provide you with the best treatment. Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be seen for their appointment and the appointment will be charged in full.
